Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all Mutual products. There is no minimum order. We use NZ Post as our courier and you should receive an email detailing tracking details after you have purchased your product. If you do not receive these details, please email us at support@mutualskincare.com.

Missing Or Damaged Products

If you received your product in a damaged state, please contact us at support@mutualskincare.com and send us a photo of the damage. Once we have confirmed the damage, we will send a new product to you. Please note that if your outer packaging is damaged, we will not replace this.

If your delivery is missing, please ensure you check with your neighbours or check to see if the package could have been left somewhere else on your property. If you still cannot find it, please contact us as support@mutualskincare.com.
